The 120-1-A-5/1 is a single-pole, normally open reed relay with a 5 V coil, designed for high-density switching applications. It has a 4 mm × 4 mm footprint with pins on a 2 mm square pitch, enabling maximum packing density. The relay uses a sputtered ruthenium switch rated for 20 W at 200 V and 1 A switching current, with an insulation resistance greater than 10¹² Ω and a contact capacitance of 2.9 pF across the open switch. The package includes an internal mu-metal magnetic screen and is rated for operation from -20 °C to +85 °C. It has a typical operate time of 0.5 ms and release time of 0.2 ms. The relay does not include an internal diode for back EMF suppression.
