The 120-1-A-3/1 is a single pole, normally open reed relay in the Series 120, designed for high-density switching applications such as A.T.E. matrices. It features a 4 mm × 4 mm package with through-hole pins on a 2 mm pitch, enabling maximal PCB layout density. The relay uses a 3 V coil with a resistance of 200 Ω and operates with a general purpose sputtered ruthenium switch rated for 15 W at 200 V and 1 A maximum switching current. It has an insulation resistance greater than 10¹² Ω, a switching time of 0.5 ms operate and 0.2 ms release, and is rated for operation from -20 °C to +85 °C. The package includes an internal mu-metal magnetic screen and has a switch-to-coil capacitance of 2.9 pF.
