The 111RF-1-A-5/1D is a 1-form A coaxial reed relay in the Series 111, designed for high-density instrumentation applications up to 1.5 GHz. It features a mu-metal package with a 5 V coil, 180 Ω coil resistance, and a switch rating of 10 W at 170 V with a maximum switching current of 0.5 A. The relay has an insulation resistance greater than 10ⁱ⁲ Ω, contact capacitance of 1.5 pF across the closed switch, and 0.15 pF across the open switch. It operates within a temperature range of -20 °C to +85 °C, supports soldering up to 270 °C for 10 seconds, and includes an internal diode. Magnetic shielding limits interaction to approximately 1% when stacked on a 0.15 × 0.40 inch pitch.
