The Pickering Series 105 is a single-in-line reed relay family with a plastic encapsulated package and internal mu-metal magnetic screen, designed for switching applications up to 20 W with dry contacts or 50 W with mercury wetted contacts. The 105-2-A-12/2D variant is a dual-form A relay with a 12 V coil, 1 kΩ coil resistance, and switch ratings of 0.5 A at 10 W per contact. It features a through-hole mounting style, operates between -20 °C and +85 °C, and has an insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² Ω. The relay includes an internal diode for suppression and maintains minimal magnetic interaction for high PCB packing density.
