The 104-2-A-5/2D is a dual form A high voltage reed relay in a SIL/SIP package with a 5 V nominal coil voltage and an internal diode, designed for applications requiring switching of up to 1000 V d.c. at 25 W with a minimum stand-off of 2000 V d.c. It features an internal mu-metal magnetic screen to minimize magnetic interaction when stacked, and operates with a coil resistance of 250 Ω. The relay has a contact rating of 1.0 A, with operate and release times of 1.0 ms and 0.3 ms respectively, and an insulation resistance of 1012 Ω. It is rated for operation from -20 °C to +85 °C and uses a through-hole mounting style.
