The 100HV-1-A-5/3D is a high-voltage single-pole normally open reed relay in a SIL/SIP package, designed for switching up to 1000 V dc at 25 W with a 3000 V dc stand-off rating. It operates on a 5 V nominal coil voltage with a coil resistance of 500 Ω, features an internal mu-metal magnetic shield, and has a typical contact capacitance of 0.1 pF when open. The relay supports through-hole mounting on a 0.40 inch pitch, operates from -20 °C to +85 °C, and complies with a maximum soldering temperature of 270 °C for up to 10 seconds. Contact life is rated at up to 10^8 operations under typical conditions, with a contact bounce time of 2.0 ms and release time of 1.0 ms. Thermal EMF levels are less than 10 µV.
