The 100HC-1-A-12/1D is a single-pole, normally-open reed relay with a 12 V coil, designed for high-power dry switching applications up to 40 W and 200 VDC. It features sputtered ruthenium contacts, a coil resistance of 2000 Ω, and a maximum continuous carry current of 3 A. The relay includes an internal mu-metal magnetic shield, operates with a maximum set time of 2.0 ms and release time of 1.0 ms, and is rated for a storage temperature range of -35 °C to +100 °C. It is packaged in a SIL/SIP format with a 0.40-inch pitch and through-hole mounting. Capacitance across the open switch is 0.1 pF. An internal diode is included as standard.
