The 102M-1-A-5/1 is a subminiature coaxial reed relay in the Series 102 family, featuring a mu-metal package for dense PCB mounting without magnetic interference. It is a Form A (energize to make) switch with a 5 V coil, rated for 10 W switching at 200 V, and includes a maximum contact resistance of 0.15 Ω, insulation resistance greater than 10¹² Ω, and capacitance across the open switch of 0.1 pF. It supports frequencies up to 1.5 GHz with low insertion loss, good isolation, and excellent VSWR in 50 Ω systems. The device has six pins for conventional PCB mounting and operates with an actuate time of 0.5 ms and release time of 0.2 ms.
The Series 102 is a range of subminiature coaxial reed relays for high frequency applications up to 3 GHz, performance characteristics will be found on reverse of this sheet. Two package types are available, both displaying outstanding RF performance in terms of low insertion loss, good isolation and excellent VSWR characteristics in 50 ohms systems. These relays have good coil drive levels making them ideal for portable applications or where space is at a premium. If an even smaller RF relay is required, look at the Series 109RF or 111 RF.
