The PTRD series is a 40 amp PCB-mounted power relay with a T90 footprint, designed for general-purpose switching applications. It features a SPDT (1 Form C) contact arrangement with AgSnO₂In₂O₃ contacts, a 9 VDC coil operating at 0.9 W, and an open-frame construction. The relay meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements with pin 6 omitted, and is RoHS compliant. It supports a maximum switching voltage of 300 VAC and 110 VDC, with a switching capacity of 40 A at 240 VAC and 2 HP at 250 VAC. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 100°C, and the dielectric strength is 2,500 V between contacts and coil. Mechanical life exceeds 1 × 10⁷ operations, with an electrical life of 5 × 10⁴ operations under rated load.
