The PTRD series is a 40 A general-purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for switching resistive and inductive loads up to 300 VAC and 110 VDC. It features AgCdO or AgSnO contacts, UL Class F insulation, and meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements with pin 6 omitted in the -1 variant. The 5 VDC coil version operates at 6.5 W rated power with a must-operate voltage of 3.75 VDC and a must-release voltage of 0.5 VDC. The relay is RoHS compliant, has a 0.9 W standard coil option, and supports an optional 4 kV dielectric strength upgrade. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 100°C, with storage up to 125°C. The open-frame version weighs 27 grams and has a mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations and an electrical life of 5 × 10⁴ operations at rated load.
