The PTRD series is a 40 A general purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, rated for 2 HP at 250 VAC and 40 A at 240 VAC. It features a 1 Form C contact configuration, AgCdO or AgSnO₂In₂O₃ contacts with optional gold plating, and meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing with pin 6 omitted. Coil power options include 0.6 W, 0.9 W, and 1.1 W; the 48 VDC variant consumes 0.9 W. The relay operates from -55°C to 100°C, stores from -55°C to 125°C, and is RoHS compliant. It supports 4 kV dielectric isolation with the -H option, has a 1 × 10⁷ mechanical life, and 5 × 10⁴ electrical life at 40 A. Termination is PCB pin with optional sealing. Weight is 27-30 grams.
