The PTRD series is a 40 amp power PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for general-purpose switching up to 40 A at 277 VAC and 10,000 VA. It features a SPDT (1 Form C) contact configuration with AgSnO₂In₂O₃ contacts, a 0.6 W coil, and operates at 48 VDC. The part includes pin 6 omitted to meet UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements, is RoHS compliant, and has gold-plated contacts. It supports a dielectric strength of 2,500 V between contacts and coil, with an optional 4,000 V version. The relay has an operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C, mechanical life of 10⁷ operations, and an electrical life of 5 × 10⁴ operations at rated load.
