The PTRD series is a 40 A general purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for resistive and motor loads up to 2 HP at 250 VAC and 10,000 VA. It features a 4 kV dielectric isolation option and meets UL 508 and UL 873 spacing standards with pin 6 omitted. The relay is RoHS compliant, has Class F insulation, and operates from -55°C to 100°C. Contact material is AgCdO or AgSnO2In2O3, with optional gold plating. Coil power options include 0.6 W, 0.9 W, and 1.1 W, with a 24 VDC coil rated for 31.2 Ω resistance. The part has a mechanical life of 1 × 10^7 operations and an electrical life of 5 × 10^4 operations at 40 A resistive load. It is available in open or sealed versions with PCB pin termination.
