The PTRD series is a 40 A general purpose PCB relay with a T90 footprint, designed for resistive and motor loads up to 2 HP at 250 VAC and 1,200 W/10,000 VA switching power. It features AgCdO or AgSnO₂In₂O₃ contacts, Class F insulation, and RoHS compliance. The -XHG variant includes a 4 kV dielectric option and gold-plated AgCdO+Au contacts, with a 110 VDC coil rated at 0.9 W, operate time under 15 ms, release time under 10 ms, and operating temperature from -55°C to 100°C. The relay is available in open or sealed enclosures, with a 6-pin configuration omitting pin 6 to meet UL 508 and UL 873 spacing requirements of 3.18 mm air gap and 6.36 mm surface creepage.
