The PCS34-D-240A-80ZYL is a DC input solid state relay with a 40 to 125 A load current range, SCR output, and 48~280 VAC load voltage. It features optical isolation, zero-crossing switching, a built-in LED indicator, and screw terminals. The relay has a dielectric strength of 4,000 VAC between input and output, a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.7 Vrms, and operates from -30°C to 80°C. The housing is fully epoxy resin filled. Thermal resistance junction to case is 0.14°C/W, and it requires a heat sink for operation above 25°C ambient temperature. Maximum off-state leakage current is 10 mA.
