The PCS15 series is a DC input solid state relay with TRIAC output, designed for switching AC loads from 48~440VAC with load currents of 10A, 15A, 20A, 25A, or 40A. It features optical isolation, a built-in RC snubber, and zero-crossing switching. The part has a screw terminal type with M3 and M4 mounting holes, measures 58.00mm x 47.50mm x 28.70mm, and weighs approximately 70g. It operates from -30°C to 80°C and supports a maximum off-state dv/dt of 200V/µs. Maximum on-state voltage drop is 1.5Vrms, with 10mA maximum off-state leakage current. Dielectric strength is 2500VAC between output and base, and 4000VAC between input and output. The package is fully epoxy resin filled. An LED status indicator and varistor protection are included. Thermal resistance junction to case is 1.15°C/W for the 40A variant.
