The PCS15 is a DC input solid state relay with TRIAC output, rated for load currents of 10A, 15A, 20A, 25A, or 40A and load voltages of 48~280VAC or 48~440VAC. It features optical isolation, a built-in RC snubber, and a 4~32VDC LED input with a must-turn-on voltage of 4VDC. The relay supports zero-crossing or random turn-on switching, and includes an integrated status LED. It is housed in a terminal block package with screw terminals, measuring 58.00mm in length, 47.50mm in width, and 28.70mm in height, and weighs approximately 70g. The dielectric strength is 2500VAC between output and base, and 4000VAC between input and output. Thermal resistance junction-to-case ranges from 2.35°C/W to 1.15°C/W depending on current rating. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to 80°C. The part is not suitable for capacitive loads.
