The PC795 is an automotive plug-in or PCB maxi ISO relay with 1A or 1C contact forms, designed for automotive accessory applications. It measures 31.6 mm high, 28.9 mm wide, and 27.55 mm deep, with PCB pin or quick connect terminals. It carries 80 A continuous current at 14 VDC and switches up to 75 VDC. The 24 VDC coil consumes 1.8 W, with pick-up voltage at 15.6 VDC and release at 2.4 VDC. Operate and release times are 7 ms and 5 ms. A reverse diode (1N4005) is included. Sealed construction, operating temperature -40°C to 125°C, storage -40°C to 155°C. Contact material is AgSnO2In2O3, initial resistance 30 mΩ max. Mechanical life 1 × 10⁷ operations, electrical life 1 × 10⁵.
