The PC792B is an automotive plug-in or PCB mini ISO relay with a 40 A continuous current rating, designed for resistive loads at up to 75 VDC. It features a SPST Normally Open (1A) contact form, a 24 VDC coil with 1.6 W power consumption, and includes a resistor across the coil. The relay is mounted via a metal bracket (C2), has tin-plated terminals, and is RoHS compliant. It operates from -40°C to 125°C and survives storage up to 155°C. Dimensions are 26.00 mm in length, 24.50 mm in width, and 17.90 mm in height. The relay meets shock resistance of 147 m/s² for 11 ms and vibration resistance from 10 Hz to 40 Hz at 1.5 mm double amplitude. Contact material is AgSnO₂, with an initial contact resistance of 30 mΩ max. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, and electrical life is 1 × 10⁵ operations.
