The PC792B is an automotive plug-in or PCB mini ISO relay with a 40 A continuous current rating, designed for resistive loads at up to 75 VDC. It features a SPST NO (1A) contact form, a metal bracket mounting style (C2), a 12 VDC coil with 1.6 W power consumption, and a reverse diode for transient suppression. The relay is process sealed, operates from -40°C to 125°C, and has a coil resistance of 90 Ω ±10%. It meets a dielectric strength of 750 Vrms between coil and contacts and has an initial contact resistance ≤30 mΩ. The terminal material is tin plated, and the relay supports solderability up to 260°C for 5 seconds. Physical dimensions are standardized for plug-in or PCB mounting with quick-connect terminals.
