The PC792A is an automotive plug-in or PCB mini ISO relay with a 40 A continuous current rating, designed for resistive loads up to 75 VDC. It features a SPDT (1C) contact form, a 6 VDC coil with 1.9 W power consumption, and includes a parallel diode (1N4005) for back EMF suppression. The variant with C3 mounting uses a weatherproof case with a metal bracket. Terminals are tin-plated, and the relay is sealed. It operates from -40°C to 125°C and meets a dielectric strength of 750 Vrms between coil and contacts. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, electrical life is 1 × 10⁵ operations. Dimensions are 26.0 × 24.5 × 17.9 mm for the plug-in version.
