The PC792A is an automotive plug-in or PCB mini ISO relay with a SPDT (1C) contact form, rated for 40 A continuous current at 14 VDC and 20 A at 28 VDC, with a maximum switching voltage of 75 VDC and 560 W switching power. It uses AgSnO2 contact material and has an initial contact resistance of 30 mΩ max. The model with 48 VDC coil voltage consumes 1.9 W and includes a reverse diode (1N4005). It is mounted via a metal bracket (C2), is flux-tight sealed (S1), and features tin-plated terminals. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C, with a storage temperature up to 155°C. Dimensions are 26.0 mm × 24.5 mm × 17.9 mm for the plug-in version. The relay meets mechanical life of 10⁷ operations and electrical life of 10⁵ operations at rated load.
