The PC792A is an automotive plug-in and PCB mini ISO relay with a single-pole single-throw normally open contact form, designed for switching applications up to 40 A continuous current at 75 VDC. It features a reverse diode (1N4005) for flyback protection, terminates via PCB pins, and has a 1.9 W coil operating at 6 VDC. The relay measures 26.0 mm x 26.0 mm x 17.9 mm and operates from -40°C to 125°C with a storage range to 155°C. It meets a dielectric strength of 750 Vrms between coil and contacts and has an initial contact resistance of 30 mΩ max. Contacts are made of AgSnO₂ with a mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations and an electrical life of 1 × 10⁵ operations. The relay is RoHS compliant and has a terminal strength of 4 N for PCB pins.
