The PC792A is an automotive plug-in or PCB mini ISO relay with a SPST normally open contact form (1A), designed for switching up to 40 A continuous current at 14 VDC resistive loads. It mounts via plug-in terminals with a dust cover enclosure, measures 26.0 mm × 26.0 mm × 17.9 mm, and operates from -40°C to 125°C. The relay has a 6 VDC coil consuming 1.6 W, with a pick-up voltage of 3.9 VDC and release voltage of 0.6 VDC, and operates and releases in ≤10 ms. Contacts are made of AgSnO₂, with initial resistance ≤30 mΩ, 500 Vrms dielectric strength between contacts, and 750 Vrms between coil and contacts. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, electrical life is 1 × 10⁵ operations. Tin-plated terminals comply with RoHS.
