The PC784 is an automotive plug-in micro ISO relay with a 1A contact form, designed for switching applications up to 35A at 14VDC or 15A at 28VDC. It has a sealed enclosure, operates at 12VDC coil voltage with 1.5W power consumption, and includes an integrated diode for coil suppression. The relay measures 22.10mm x 20.50mm x 15.40mm and is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C. Contact material is AgSnO₂, with initial contact resistance ≤50 mΩ, and it supports 1×10⁵ electrical operations. The terminal strength is 8N, solderability is rated at 260°C for 5 seconds, and it meets shock and vibration standards of 100 m/s² for 11ms and 10-55Hz at 1.5mm amplitude, respectively.
