The PC782 series is an automotive micro plug-in relay designed for PCB or plug-in mounting, with contact forms 1A or 1C and operating temperatures from -40°C to 125°C. The PC782-1C-6C-D-X variant features a 6VDC coil, diode suppression, and a sealed enclosure. Contacts are rated for 30A at 14VDC resistive load on the normally open terminal and 10A at 28VDC resistive on the normally closed terminal. Maximum switching voltage is 48VDC, with a maximum switching power of 350W. The relay has a coil power of 1.5W, operate time of 10ms, and release time of 7ms. It meets shock resistance of 100 m/s² for 11 ms and vibration resistance from 10-40 Hz at 2.7 mm double amplitude. The contact material is AgSnO₂, initial contact resistance is 50 mΩ max, and weight is 18.5 g. Dimensions are 26.0 mm × 23.0 mm × 15.5 mm, with PC or quick connect terminals.
