The PC537 is an ultraminiature, sealed, PCB-mounted automotive relay with SPST-NO (1 Form A) or SPDT (1 Form C) contact forms, rated for 30 A resistive load at 28 VDC and capable of switching up to 100 A inrush. It operates from -40°C to 105°C, has a 24 VDC coil consuming 0.57 W, with a must-operate voltage of 13.8 VDC and must-release voltage of 3 VDC. Operate time is 4 ms max, release time 1.5 ms max. Insulation resistance is 1,000 MΩ min at 500 VDC, and dielectric strength is 500 VAC between coil and contacts. The relay weighs 4 grams and is RoHS compliant. Terminal configuration includes pins 3, 4, and 5 with a width of 0.039 x 0.024 inches for the wide-pin version.
