The PC520 series is a subminiature PCB power relay with a "sugar cube" footprint, rated for 20 A at 125 VAC and 16 A at 277 VAC, and capable of switching 1 HP at 125 VAC and 250 VAC. It features a sealed, immersion-cleanable design, RoHS compliance, and Class F insulation. The relay has a contact resistance of 100 milliohms max, operates in a temperature range of -40 to 105°C, and supports an inrush current of 80 A with TV-8 rating at 125 VAC. The coil for the 24 VDC variant consumes 360 mW, with a must-operate voltage of 18 VDC and a must-release voltage of 2.4 VDC. The device has an operate time of less than 15 ms, a release time of less than 10 ms, and a mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations. It is terminated with PCB pins and meets UL/CUL standards E93379.
