The PC415 is a 10-amp general-purpose PCB power relay with a "sugar cube" footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It features a sealed, immersion-cleanable design, RoHS compliance, and AgCdO contact material. The relay has a maximum switching capacity of 420 W resistive and 2500 VA inductive, with ratings up to 20 A at 14 VDC and 7 A at 240 VAC. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, has a coil power of 450 mW for the 24 VDC variant, and meets Class B insulation standards. The relay meets UL/CUL E86876 and has an insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms min, a dielectric strength of 1500 Vrms between coil and contacts, and a mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations. Terminals are designed for PCB mounting with solderability to 260°C for 5 seconds.
