The PC415 series is a subminiature PCB power relay with a 10 Amp continuous contact capacity, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations, and features a popular 'Sugar Cube' footprint. It is sealed, immersion cleanable, RoHS compliant, and uses AgCdO or AgSnO contact materials. The PC415-1B-48LSF-X-G variant has a 48 VDC coil with 800 mW coil sensitivity, Class F insulation, and AgCdO + Gold Plate contacts. It operates with a must operate voltage of 33.6 VDC and must release at 4.8 VDC, with an operate time under 10 ms and release time under 5 ms. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to 85 °C. The relay meets UL/CUL ratings E86876 with a maximum switching power of 420 W or 2500 VA and supports switching currents up to 20 A at 14 VDC.
