The PC415 is a 10 Amp subminiature PCB power relay with a 'Sugar Cube' footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, or 1 Form C contact configurations. It features a sealed, immersion-cleanable design, RoHS compliance, and silver cadmium oxide contacts with optional gold plating. The relay operates at 24 VDC with a 450 mW coil sensitivity, has a must operate voltage of 16.8 VDC and a must release voltage of 2.4 VDC, and supports switching up to 2500 VA and 20 A. All variants share an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 85 °C, 1500 Vrms dielectric strength between coil and contacts, and a contact resistance of 100 milliohms max. The relay meets Class B insulation standards and is rated for 1 × 10⁵ electrical operations and 1 × 10⁷ mechanical operations.
