The PC415 series is a 10 Amp subminiature PCB power relay with a sugar cube footprint, available in 1 Form A, 1 Form B, and 1 Form C contact configurations. It features sealed, immersion-cleanable construction, RoHS compliance, and AgCdO or AgSnO contact materials. The relay operates with a 360 mW coil sensitivity at 24 VDC, has a must operate voltage of 16.8 VDC and a must release voltage of 2.4 VDC, with an operate time under 10 ms and release time under 5 ms. It meets Class B insulation standards, supports 10 A continuous current at 120 VAC and 28 VDC, and switches up to 420 W resistive load. The operating temperature range is -55 to 85 °C, with a dielectric strength of 1500 Vrms between coil and contacts, and 750 Vrms between open contacts. Terminal strength is 5 N and solderability is rated for 260 °C for 5 seconds.
