The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay available in 2, 3, or 4 pole configurations with Form C contacts. This variant features a 24VDC coil, PCB pin termination, flange mount case, and RoHS compliance. It supports switching up to 5A at 28VDC or 220VAC for the 4-pole version, with a coil power consumption of 0.9W. The relay operates between -40°C and 85°C, has an insulation resistance of at least 100MΩ at 500VDC, and dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts. Contacts are made of AgCdO with an initial resistance of 50mΩ max. Mechanical life is 1×10⁷ operations, and electrical life is 1×10⁵ operations under rated load. Dimensions are 35.00mm x 27.60mm x 21.00mm. The push-to-test button and LED indicator options are not included in this variant.
