The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms, available in plug-in or PC pin termination. This variant has a 4PDT contact configuration, PC pin termination, flange mount, 110VDC coil, and gold plated contacts. It consumes 0.9W, operates in -40°C to 85°C, and has operate and release times of 25 ms. Contact ratings are 5A at 220VAC and 5A at 28VDC, with maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and 48VDC. Contact material is AgCdO, with initial resistance ≤50 mΩ. Dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between poles. Mechanical life is 1×10⁷ operations, electrical life 1×10⁵ under rated load. RoHS compliant.
