The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms, available with PCB pins, gold-plated contacts, a push-to-test button, and a top mounting flange. It is rated for 5A switching current at 28VDC or 220VAC for the 4-pole version, with a 12VDC coil consuming 1.2W. Operate and release times are 25ms each, and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. Dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between open contacts or poles. Contact material is AgCdO, mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, electrical life is 1 × 10⁵ operations, and the relay is RoHS compliant.
