The PC118 series is a miniature general-purpose relay available in 2, 3, or 4 pole contact forms with plug-in or PCB pin termination. This variant features a 110VDC coil, gold-plated contacts, and PCB pin termination. It supports switching up to 5A at 220VAC or 28VDC for the 4PDT configuration. Contact material is AgCdO, with maximum switching voltage of 277VAC and 48VDC. The relay operates from -40°C to 85°C, has a coil power consumption of 0.9W, and achieves a mechanical life of 10^7 operations. Dimensions are 35.00 mm long, 27.60 mm wide, and 21.60 mm high. It meets UL/CUL ratings with 1500V rms dielectric strength between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between poles. Solderability is rated at 260°C for 5 seconds. The case is non-flange mounted, and a push-to-test button is not included.
