The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 pole Form C contacts, available in plug-in or PC pin termination with gold plating and flange mount options. It operates at 12VAC with 1.2VA coil power, and supports switching up to 277VAC and 5A for 4-pole versions. Contact material is AgCdO, with initial resistance ≤50 mΩ, dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between poles. Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C, mechanical life is 1×10⁷ operations, and electrical life is 1×10⁵ operations at rated load. Dimensions are 43.0mm × 21.6mm × 35.0mm. The relay is RoHS compliant and compatible with SC118 sockets.
