The PC118 is a miniature general-purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles and 3PDT contact form, available with a flange mount case and gold-plated contacts. It operates with a 24VAC coil consuming 1.2VA. Contact rating is 10A at 28VDC or 220VAC for 2-pole, 5A for 3- and 4-pole. Maximum switching voltage is 277VAC and 48VDC, with switching power up to 2200VA. Contacts are AgCdO, with initial resistance ≤50 mΩ. Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C. Dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts. Case dimensions are 21.6 × 27.6 × 35.0 mm. Mechanically rated for 1 × 10⁷ operations, electrically for 1 × 10⁵. RoHS compliant. Termination is PC pins.
