The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles and contact forms rated for 10A at 28VDC or 10A at 220VAC for 2- or 3-pole variants, and 5A at 28VDC or 220VAC for the 4-pole variant. It offers plug-in or PCB terminal options, with available gold-plated contacts, top mounting flange, and push-to-test button. The 12VDC coil version consumes 0.9W and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The relay meets UL/CUL ratings with 1500V rms dielectric strength between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between open contacts. Contact material is AgCdO, with an initial contact resistance of 50 mΩ max., mechanical life of 1×10⁷ operations, and electrical life of 1×10⁵ operations. Dimensions and termination styles vary by configuration, with solderable pins or lugs compatible with SC118 sockets. RoHS compliant versions are available.
