The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles, available with PC pin termination and a 110VDC coil. It supports contact forms up to 4PDT, with a maximum switching current of 10A for 2P and 5A for 4P configurations at 28VDC or 220VAC. The relay has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, a coil power of 0.9W, and mechanical life of 1 × 10⁷ operations. It features gold-plated contacts, a push-to-test button, and an LED indicator as optional configurations. The case is designed for PCB mounting with a weight of approximately 37g and dimensions in accordance with the specified 2C, 3C, or 4C layouts. The dielectric strength is 1500V rms between coil and contacts, and 1000V rms between open contacts or poles. The contact material is AgCdO, and initial contact resistance is 50mΩ max.
