The PC118 series is a miniature general purpose relay with 2, 3, or 4 poles, available in plug-in or PC pin termination styles. It supports AC and DC coil voltages up to 220VAC or 110VDC, with a coil power rating of 1.2VA for 120VAC. The relay features AgCdO contacts, a maximum switching current of 10A, and a switching voltage rating of 277VAC and 48VDC. It includes optional gold-plated contacts, a push-to-test button, and a flange mount. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, with a dielectric strength of 1500V rms between coil and contacts and 1000V rms between open contacts. Mechanical life is 1 × 10⁷ operations, and electrical life is 1 × 10⁵ operations under rated load. The unit weighs approximately 37g and is RoHS compliant.
