New Generation Series CV Cylinder design enhancements include increased width of PTFE wear ring for greater support, durability, and increased piston seal retention for higher speed applications. A new imperial design of the Series CV Cylinder is available with imperial ports, stroke length, and rod for easy integration in imperial facilities. A rod seal retention ring has been added to improve performance in extreme applications. Units affected by these enhancements include Series SK/SL, SG and SCV Slides. Standard features of the Series CV Cylinders include rugged and lightweight anodized aluminum alloy heads, caps, and tubes. Port Controls® regulate speed through the entire stroke. Standard alloy steel and optional corrosion resistant stainless steel piston rods are hard chrome plated for maximum life and durability. Female threads and a variety of mounting accessories provide ease of integration. Advantages: Anodized aluminum alloy heads, caps and tubes, durable, robust, longer life, drop-in replacement.
