PennEngineering® Threaded Standoffs for Stainless Sheets as Thin as .025” TSO4-6256-625

TSO4™ self-clinching standoffs are designed for installation into ultra-thin stainless steel sheets as thin as 0.025 in. (0.63 mm). The TSO4-6256 variant features an oversized body for increased bearing surface and wall thickness, with a thread size of #2-56 and a length of 0.625 in. It is made from heat-treated 400 series stainless steel, with a passivated finish per ASTM A380, and supports internal threads compliant with ASME B1.1, 2B. Minimum hole size is 0.250 in. with a minimum distance to edge of 0.27 in. It has a pushout resistance of 6800 lbs. (30.3 kN) and a torque-out resistance of 22 in.-lbs. (2.5 N•m) when installed in 0.025 in. 300 series stainless steel sheet.
