The TSO-M25-800ZI is a self-clinching threaded standoff designed for installation in sheets as thin as 0.63 mm. This product is suitable for applications requiring permanent mounting, spacing, or stacking of panels and components. It is made from hardened stainless steel, which allows for effective clinching into stainless steel sheets with a hardness rating of up to HRB 88. An optional nickel plating is available for enhanced corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use in corrosive environments. The standoff features a through-hole design and provides permanent threads, facilitating secure assembly in various applications. Custom sizes can be ordered upon request, and detailed installation guidelines are available from the manufacturer.
These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, install with a squeeze in properly sized round holes - and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet.
