The TSO-6440-375ZI is a self-clinching threaded standoff designed for installation in sheets as thin as .025 inches. This product is part of the TSO series, which is specifically engineered to provide permanent threads in thinner materials compared to standard standoffs. The standoff is made from hardened stainless steel, ensuring durability and strength, and is suitable for use in stainless steel sheets with a hardness rating of HRB 88 or less. An optional nickel plating is available for enhanced corrosion resistance, making it suitable for applications in corrosive environments.
