PF11PM-632-1-N-2 is a spring-loaded, flare-mounted captive panel screw with a Phillips drive, designed for installing into sheet metal up to HRB 80 or HB 150 hardness. It has a #6-32 thread and a standard black knob. The knob is made of PC/ABS (UL 94V-0, halogen-free), the screw and retainer are hardened carbon steel, and the spring and retaining clip are 300 series stainless steel. The screw features a shoulder that provides a positive stop during installation. The part supports a minimum floating capability of .010"/0.25mm in all directions and is intended for use in thin circuit boards or metal panels requiring repeated access. Color-coded knobs are available as special order options.
