PennEngineering® Large Knob, Spring-loaded - PEM C.A.P.S. - Unified PF11PM-440-2-M

The PF11PM is a large knob, spring-loaded, plastic PEM® C.A.P.S.® captive panel screw with a Phillips driver recess and flare-mounted retainer. The knob is made of PC/ABS (UL 94V-0, halogen-free), and the screw and retainer are hardened carbon steel, with a zinc-plated finish. The spring and clip are 300 series stainless steel. It is designed for sheets with hardness HRB 80 or less or HB 150 or less, with a maximum sheet thickness of 0.170 inches for the #4-40 thread. The installed height above the sheet is 0.417 inches, with a minimum distance to edge of 0.28 inches and a required hole size of 0.310 inches. The assembly includes a dot pattern to indicate metric threading and provides anti-cross-threading. The temperature limit is 210°F (99°C).
