PennEngineering® Large Knob, Spring-loaded - Types PF11MF and PF12MF - Metric PF11MF-M6-0

The PF11MF series comprises large knob, spring-loaded, flare-mounted captive panel screws with a hardened carbon steel screw, aluminum retainer and knob, and 300 series stainless steel spring. The PF11MF-M6 variant is designed for M6 x 1 threads and installs into panels of any hardness with a minimum 12.7mm countersunk hole. It provides a minimum 0.5mm total float and features an anti-cross-threading design. The screw has a zinc-plated finish per ASTM B633, SC1 (5µm), with optional DuraBlack™ anodized knob and nitride-coated screw. Standard driver size is #3, and installation requires parallel pressing with matched HAEGER® or PEMSERTER® tooling. All PF11MF variants have identical above-panel profile and are suitable for painted or thin sheet applications.
