BSO4™ blind threaded standoffs are self-clinching, internally threaded fasteners designed for installation into stainless steel sheets as thin as 0.64 mm, providing a flush reverse side and corrosion resistance similar to 300 series stainless steel. They are hardened to ensure permanent installation in stainless steel sheets with hardness up to HRB 90 / HB 192. These standoffs accommodate stacking or spacing applications and install into properly sized holes with a squeeze press. The series is made from precipitation-harden
These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, install with a squeeze in properly sized round holes - and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet.
Types BSO4 standoffs are for installation into stainless steel sheets as thin as 1.02mm.
