CUSTOM CABLE, 6917M113/120
Designed to mate with differential type piezoelectric accelerometers which utilize a two pin receptacle with 7/16-27 UNS-2A threads and differential charge amplifiers that use twin BNC receptacles. This cable assembly is designed for continuous use in turbofan environments at the accelerometer end up to 550°F, and up to 600°F for intermittent periods. It features a specially designed accelerometer plug assembly with high force contacts and alumina inserts for high temperature operation. It also includes a removable backshell providing for field replacement. The other end of the cable is terminated with a plug that mates to a twin BNC type receptacle. The cable (with twisted pair conductors) is noise treated and PTFE jacketed.
